Refund Policy

Refunds will be made if a payment is taken without your knowledge by another person/s. If you feel this has happened you will need to contact the EACD at secretary@eacd.org and the EACD will investigate the matter and refund any money's where appropriate.

Members have the right to cancel their membership within seven days of their contract with the EACD (Note: this does not apply to membership renewals).

Refunds can not be made if a current member cancels their membership before their subscription ends (or after seven days of initial membership). In this case the membership will run to the current subscription end date. For all refund enquiries please contact secretary@eacd.org.

You will be responsible for the safe keeping of your username and password.

Future Pay Agreements

A Future Pay Agreement plan offers members the ability to sign-up just the once and for payments to automatically be debited at yearly intervals.

From time-to-time the EACD may increase membership costs. All Future Pay members will be sent an email in the event of a cost increase prior to their next payment.

Future Pay members may cancel their subscription at any time by logging in to the World Pay Future Pay Administrative server. These details will be sent to all new members who sign-up to a Future Pay agreement, it is advised to print out these details and store in a safe secure place.

If your credit card runs out or holds insufficient funds before your membership is due for renewal, World Pay will send an email warning giving you the opportunity to update your credit card details a month prior to your next payment.
